Can I use a credit card to pay?
Yes. We accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards.
Can I see a proof before you print an enlargement?
It's sometimes best to print a smaller size image if you are not sure how an enlargement will look. And if you're not sure how to size or crop, bring us your choices. Our expert printers will be happy to help you put together a finished print. Additional proof cost may be charged!
How long does it take to complete an order?
Prints up to 10x15 can be ready same day (if brought in by 10:30am) or early the next day. Enlargements can take up to 4 work days depending on size and finish. For rush orders please call in advance.
Can you recreate a photo from an original photo?
Yes we will scan your image at high resolution, retouch, color correct and make a print for you. If you like we can save the image to a disk or jump drive, or eMail the digital file to you or anyone you choose. Please follow standard copyright laws!
Can you restore a cracked or broken photo?
Yes, please bring us your image so we may estimate time and cost.
What does size my images mean?
By sizing we mean your images should be 300 dpi (dots or pixels per inch) and cropped to reflect the size you desire 8x10 / 8x12 etc. We can handle this for you if you are not sure. Bring us the original image.
